I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for all new clients. This is a chance for us to have a chat about what brings you to counselling and for you to get an understanding of what it might feel like for us to work together. It’s also an opportunity for me to understand your hopes and expectations for counselling and see whether I can support you in the way you’re looking for.

If you feel comfortable and would like to continue, we can then arrange our first full session.
